So I got 3 types of major playlists on my iPod. I got one with all the latest music that gets dropped. I got one for just mellow down music. Then I got ones dedicated for raging, throwing dumbbells while getting my HGH on! As an athletic specimen, I have garnished a collection of music that is meant to just absolutely pump you up in the gym. But I do have songs dedicated for certain workouts. When you're doing deadlifts, you need some hard gangsta beats to just get you in the zone. When you're midway through your workout and looking for that 2nd wind, there are songs with rising tones in the melody that cause an endorphin rush to get you in the zone. Then near the end, you need stretching songs to just cool down with. So its time I put together dirty mixtapes for the purpose of bettering one's health, physique and overall athletic ability. The playlist is 1 hour long roughly, which is a typical healthy workout length.
